I like to think that I am vulnerable, I put myself out there, and this makes me brave. I show up to be brave as a mum, at home, and at work. Reading the book Daring Greatly by Brené Brown really helped me understand how to be vulnerable and that it is not a weakness. You can’t be brave and have courage without being vulnerable.

However, I know I am not brave when it comes to food – if it looks or smells weird, I’m not eating it! 😂

“Daring greatly means the courage to be vulnerable. It means to show up and be seen. To ask for what you need. To talk about how you’re feeling. To have the hard conversations.”
