Move 2 km each day

This can be walking, running, inside on the treadmill or outside after the school run… but move 2 km during one period of the day. It won’t take long, and will help me get back into the habit of daily exercise and to be consistent.

I also want to log my progress on this with lots of selfies and videos, with the aim of sharing a recap of each month, making it more fun!

Read 20 books in 2023

In 2022 I got back into reading, my goal was 12 books and I read 13 in total. There were also lots of weeks during last year when I didn’t read, so I know I could have read more.

This year, I want to crank it up a notch and challenge myself to read 20 books during 2023.

The goal will be two books a month, leaving a bit of wiggle room. I’ll continue to read a combination of personal growth books and YA romance novels, I might even venture into the fantasy world more as well.

Kicking of the year I am already reading The Christmas Boxset by Anne-Marie Meyers, Dare to Lead by Brené Brown and Atomic Habits by James Clear – so plenty to keep me going!

You can check out my reading progress on GoodReads.
