Running While Working Remotely

Running is how I reset when everything else changes. A new city, a different routine, another time zone, a short run helps me feel grounded again. I’m not training for anything major, most of the time it’s 5Ks before logging on in the morning or squeezing in a run after work before sunset. Some cities make it easy, others make it harder, and that’s part of the experience. Running while travelling isn’t always perfectly consistent, but it keeps me steady. Here you’ll find routes I’ve tried, how I stay motivated on work trips, and what running looks like in different cities.
