Joy for me comes from experiences, like the feeling of peace and accomplishment from climbing up a mountain to take in an amazing view, that brings me joy. Or a nice meal out with great company that I can relax with, be myself and laugh. Quiet time reading a good book with a cup of tea in my favorite mug or playing a 90’s hit on the radio and dancing round the kitchen – that’s joy!

But most of all, joy in my life come from my two boys, their laughter, smiles, watching them grow and seeing their accomplishments. The time with them passes so fast, and I know one day I won’t get all the cuddles and kisses I get now. I want to take in all the special moments of joy I share with them and save them all as special memories.
